Since someone asked about piercings, did you ever develop any scarring or keloids with your cartilage piercings? If so, what worked for you to remedy them?

im lucky enough to say that i have never had that problem. my friend did on her nipple piercings, and the piercer told her to just treat it as if it was a brand new piercing again, so doing salt soaks, etc. if you get them i would definitely go to your piercer and ask about it, as they are professionals and know what theyre doing

my-dearly-departed said: If someone does get these, using tee tree oil is a remedy I used with my nose piercing and mine went away within a week or so. :)
acrasiaa said: I got a keloid on my nose piercing, what helped me was a paste I would make out of aspirin and lemon juice. It took a few days but my keloid is gone now and the piercing is healing like it should.
